SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed after 3pm (eastern time) will be processed on the following business day. If you place an order on Friday after 3pm, your order will be processed on the following Monday.

Packages are shipped via USPS Priority, First Class Mail and UPS Ground. Normal delivery time for Standard Shipping is 1-5 business days. (Please allow 7-10 business days for custom made blankets, ie. My Blankee)

Expedited Shipping is available via USPS Express Mail for $26.00. Delivery is overnight for most urban areas but can take 2 days for certain areas.

If you require International Shipping, contacts us and we'll create a custom order for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We at BlanketMyBaby (BMB) strive to offer only the highest quality products on our site.

While we hope you never have to use it, we realize there is always the occasional exception—so here is our return policy:

What can be returned?

• BMB will refund or replace any product still in the original packaging, or any defective product, within 30 days of purchase.
• The product should be returned to BMB in the condition that it was sent to you. In particular, it can’t smell like smoke, be covered in pet hair or show signs of soiling if you want your money back.
• BMB cannot replace a product that has been damaged due to the consumer failing to follow the washing/handling instructions.
• For personalized items, BMB can only accept returns if your blanket is defective.

How do I return a product?

• You must include the reason for the return and the original sales receipt (we need this in order to have your name, mailing address and payment information). If this information is not included the refund/exchange may take longer to receive.
• BMB highly recommends the use of a shipping service that provides package tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
• BMB promptly credits your credit card on receipt of the returned items. Please allow 72 hours for the refund to process with your financial company.

We Commerce, LLC is the name of our company. BlanketMyBaby.com is our domain name. If your packaging says We Commerce, LLC, you have received the merchandise you purchased off of BlanketMyBaby.com.
